Key Responsibilities

· Lead Conversion: Answer phone calls, emails, and walk-in queries from parents and turn them into enrolled students.

· School Tours: Show the campus, classrooms, and labs to visiting families while explaining the school curriculum.

· Target Management: Meet or exceed yearly admission and revenue goals set by the school board.

· Data Tracking: Use CRM software to log daily leads, follow-ups, and application statuses.

· Outreach Events: Help plan marketing campaigns, education fairs, and community meetups.

Required Skills and Qualifications

· Experience: 2 to 6 years working in school or college admissions, or education sales.

· Communication: Excellent speaking and listening skills in English and local languages to build trust with parents.

· Organization: Ability to manage applicant files, admission tests, and fee collection records.

· Education: A Bachelor's/Master’s degree in any field. MBA or marketing background will be an advantageous qualification.
