Job Purpose

The Admission Officer is responsible for lead generation through various marketing activities, resulting in effective counselling and enrollment of students.

Key Responsibilities
Generate admissions by conducting Above the Line (ATL) and Below the Line (BTL) marketing activities such as seminars in schools, open seminars in town, and residential areas.
Contribute towards set targets by conducting school visits and meeting principals, coordinators, and management personnel for business development.
Ensure a delightful customer experience during home visits by counselling students and parents and successfully closing admissions.
Capitalize on business opportunities by liaising with local tuition teachers.
Ensure strict adherence to internal processes and compliance protocols.

Skills and Competencies Required
Ability to handle customers in an empathetic and patient manner.
Robust sales and persuasion skills.
Excellent networking and presentation skills for conducting seminars.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, writing skilled emails, and working with sales/service-related software.
Fluency in English and the regional language.
Comfortable with traveling and public speaking.
