Job Description
Design and develop drive shaft components and assemblies using CATIA V5.
Create and modify 3D models, 2D drawings, and assembly layouts.
Prepare manufacturing drawings with GD&T; as per industry standards.
Perform tolerance stack-up analysis and support design validation.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including CAE, Manufacturing, Supplier Quality, and Testing.
Support design reviews, DFMEA, and engineering change management (ECN/ECR).
Ensure compliance with customer specifications, automotive standards, and design guidelines.
Resolve design issues during prototype and production stages.
Maintain engineering documentation and BOM.
