We are currently seeking a detail-oriented, motivated and experienced Accounts Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing accounting transactions, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting day-to-day finance operations. The candidate should possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a positive understanding of accounting principles and taxation.
Below is an overview of the role:
Key Responsibilities:
Record day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally Prime.
Prepare and maintain books of accounts, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
Reconcile bank accounts, customer accounts, vendor accounts, and ledger balances.
Process vendor invoices and prepare payment schedules.
Prepare and verify GST workings, TDS calculations, and assist in statutory return filings.
Generate e-invoices and e-way bills as required.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
Maintain fixed asset records and support inventory accounting.
Ensure proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
Assist in MIS reporting and other finance-related assignments.
Requirements: · Qualifications: B.Com, M.Com, CA dropouts or equivalent.
· 2–3 years of experience in accounting and finance.
· Freshers with strong accounting knowledge may also apply.
· Proficiency in Tally and a solid grasp of statutory compliance.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate challenges effectively.
· Salary: As per industry standards and candidate experience. (Approx 25 K)
