Job Description
Drive end-to-end execution of multiple strategic delivery programs across Content, Technology, Product, and Operations teams.
Manage large-scale delivery operations involving digital learning content development, instructional design, media production, learning experience design, and content execution teams.
Work closely with Engineering and Product teams to ensure smooth execution of technology delivery programs.
Act as a strategic interface between clients, business leaders, delivery teams, and executive leadership.
Lead large cross-functional teams across Content, Instructional Design, Product, Engineering, Dev Ops, Delivery, QA, and Operations.
