nLead and actively participate in

sGroup assembly drawing
sBill of Materials (BOM
)Guide and technically mentor project engineers and draftsmen
. Ensure drawings and documents meet company standards and customer expectations
Project Control & Timeline
sPrepare and track engineering and manufacturing timelines for each major component
. Monitor progress and identify risks related to engineering, manufacturing, or supplier delays
. Ensure engineering deliverables are released on time to support manufacturing and installation
