Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster skilled growth.
Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP MM Materials Management.
Solid knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Experience in designing and implementing scalable software components.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues effectively.
Familiarity with integration of software modules within enterprise environments.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in SAP MM Materials Management.
This position is based at our PDC3C - SEZ location.
A 15 years full time education is required.
