Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a Job Title position at Elix Staffing Pvt Ltd. The role involves managing day-to-day responsibilities that may include coordinating with clients and candidates, maintaining accurate records, and supporting recruitment or HR processes as assigned.





The individual will be expected to follow established workflows, meet productivity and quality targets, and collaborate closely with team members and leadership. The role also includes communicating clearly with stakeholders, adhering to organizational policies, and contributing to a qualified and inclusive work environment.

Prior experience in staffing, HR, administration, or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
