We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to oversee our financial operations and ensure accurate accounting and compliance. Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day accounting operations and financial records.

Prepare and maintain books of accounts, ledgers, vouchers, and reconciliations. Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow. Process employee payroll and reimbursements. Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities. Ensure timely filing of GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory filings.

Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on collections. Prepare MIS reports and provide financial insights to management.



Maintain confidentiality of financial data and company records. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

Required

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, or Accounting. M.Com, MBA (Finance), or CA Inter will be an added advantage. 4–8 years of accounting experience, preferably in the real estate industry. Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, payroll, and financial reporting. Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software. Positive analytical, communication, and organisational skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

SkillsExperience in commercial real estate accounting. Strong knowledge of financial compliance and statutory regulations. Excellent problem-solving and numerical abilities. High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
