Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced AGM – Business Development to drive revenue growth by acquiring current enterprise clients, building strategic partnerships, and managing key customer relationships across corporate interiors and workplace solutions across Commercial, Industrial, Healthcare and Hospitality sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Own revenue and business development targets for the assigned region.

Generate and convert current business opportunities across enterprise clients.

Build relationships with CXOs, Corporate Real Estate, Workplace, Procurement, and Administration leaders.

Lead client presentations, commercial negotiations, and deal closures.

Partner with Design and Delivery teams to develop winning solutions.

Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, accurate forecasts, and CRM hygiene.

Develop strategic partnerships with developers, IPCs, consultants, and channel partners.

Desired Profile

3–8 years of B2B business development,



enterprise sales or key account management experience.

Background in Real Estate Development, Leasing, Commercial Interiors, Design & Build, Construction, Workplace Solutions, or related industries.

Strong track record of achieving revenue targets and managing large accounts.

Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.

Adept at using various AI tools for business development.

MBA or equivalent from Top Tier colleges preferred.
