Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance person to oversee the company's finance operations, accounting processes, reporting, and financial governance. The role will be responsible for managing the finance function, ensuring timely book closures, and driving periodic business reviews with leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Finance & Accounting
Oversee day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
Ensure accurate maintenance of books of accounts and financial records.
Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
Review journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and provisions.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.

Financial Reporting & Reviews
Prepare and present monthly financial performance reports to management.
Conduct Monthly Business Review (MBR) meetings with business stakeholders.
Lead Quarterly Business Review (QBR) meetings, highlighting financial performance, key trends, risks, and prospects.
Monitor budgets, forecasts, cash flows, and profitability metrics.




Provide actionable insights to support business decision-making.

Audit, Compliance & Controls
Coordinate with statutory auditors, tax consultants, and other external stakeholders.
Ensure timely completion of audits and regulatory filings.
Strengthen internal controls and compliance processes.

Qualifications & Experience
CA / CPA / CMA / MBA (Finance) preferred.
5–10 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting.
Robust knowledge of financial reporting, accounting principles, taxation, and compliance.
Experience managing month-end and year-end closures.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
