The Accounts Payable & MIS Executive will be responsible for managing the end-to- end accounts payable process. Additionally, this role involves preparing a detailed MIS reports specific to project costs, variance analysis and cash flow forecasting to assist management.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Accounts Payable & Vendor Management:
Invoice Processing & Verification: Process invoices from contractors,
material suppliers, consultants, etc.
Vendor Reconciliation: Conduct periodic ledger reconciliations to resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
Retention & Hold Management: Track and manage retention money,
mobilization advances, and security deposits withheld from contractor bills as per contract terms.
Payment Scheduling: Prepare weekly payment cycles aligned with the companys cash flow availability and project priorities.
Mobilization Advance Tracking:
Managing the recovery cycle of upfront advances given to contractors, Material suppliers, etc.
Inter-Company / Inter-Project Reconciliation: Reconciling payable/Receivable, material supplies, or labour shared between different entities under the same parent developer group.
Partner/Stakeholders Management: Engage with Partners on a day-to-day basis for the reconciliation
MIS Reporting & Financial Analysis:
Project Cost MIS: Prepare and update monthly Reports comparing
Budgeted vs. Actual expenditures (Variance Analysis).
Cash Flow Forecasting: Assist in preparing cash outflow forecasts for ongoing and upcoming projects.
Aging Analysis: Generate and analyse Vendor Ageing Reports
