Qualification& Experience:

Diploma/BEin Mechanical,Instrumentation, or Electrical Engineering

1to5yearsof relevant salesexperience in automation, CNC machines,metrology,or

industrial equipment

Technical &Domain; Requirements:

Knowledgeofmeasuringinstrumentsandmetrology.

Experience inCNC Milling,CNC Lathe,Sliding Head machines sales.

Understandingofindustrialautomationandspecial-purposemachines.

Abilitytocommunicateeffectively in English, Hindi, and local language.

Additional Requirements:

Ownatwo-wheelerwithavalidlicense.

Bringyourowndevice(laptop/mobile);company willprovide if not available.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development

Explorenewbusinessopportunities in industrialautomationand vision inspection.

Identify andconvert potential leads intolong-termcustomers.

Prepareproposals, quotations,and commercialoffers.

Supportthepricing strategy basedon marketconditions and companyobjectives.
Client Relationship & Communication

Developrapportandmaintainrelationships withclients.





Actasatrusted advisortocustomers,ensuring satisfaction andcustomer delight.

Communicatetechnicalandcommercialinformationclearly.
Market Analysis & Strategy

Analysemarkettrends,competitors,and customerneeds.

Forecastandplansalesin specificregions.

Identify marketingopportunitiesbymappingconsumerrequirementstocompany

capabilities.

Projectsales volumesforexistingand current products,ensuring profitability.

Provideinsights on supply chain and riskmitigation from abusiness perspective.
Internal Collaboration

Workasateamplayerwithinternalandexternalstakeholders.

Sharefeedbackwithproductandengineering teams forcontinuousimprovement.

Skills & Competencies:

Strongtechnical knowledge ofautomation andmachinevision systems.
