Role Description This is a full time, in office role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region for an Academic Programme Manager.

The Academic Programme

Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of academic programs, ensuring alignment with institutional standards and accreditation requirements. Daily responsibilities include managing curricula, scheduling classes, coordinating with faculty, and monitoring academic performance metrics. The role involves collaborating with administrative teams, supporting student advisement processes,



and implementing academic policies and quality assurance measures.

The Academic Programme

Manager will also contribute to program development, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the academic experience.

Qualifications
Proven experience in academic administration, programme management, or higher education operations.
Strong skills in curriculum planning, timetable management, and academic quality assurance.
Excellent organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities to manage multiple programs and deadlines.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with faculty, students, and external stakeholders.
Ability to analyze academic data, prepare reports, and support decision-making for programme enhancement.
Familiarity with accreditation processes, regulatory requirements, and international education frameworks is an advantage.
Proficiency in standard office software, learning management systems, and education-related digital tools.
Master’s degree in Education, Management, or a related field; international exposure or experience in a university setting is preferred.
