Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities for recruitment and staffing services.
Acquire new clients and build long-term business relationships.
Connect with HRs, Hiring Managers, and decision-makers to understand their hiring requirements.
Convert leads into active clients and close staffing agreements.
Develop and maintain a solid pipeline of potential clients.




Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure successful and timely delivery.
Achieve monthly business development and revenue targets.

Requirements
2–3 years of Business Development experience in a Recruitment Consultancy or Staffing Industry is mandatory.
Proven experience in client acquisition and B2B sales.
Solid communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to generate current clients through cold calling, Linked In, networking, email campaigns, and referrals.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and passionate about business growth.

Immediate joiners are preferred.
