The Team

The Deloitte Administration Team works to optimize the workplace to support every aspect of the business it touches. It serves as a bridge between the workplace and the professionals working within it and ensures daily office operations are performed in a seamless and efficient manner.

Your Work Profile
Support the implementation, maintenance, governance, and continuous enhancement of the BCMS, including BIAs, risk assessments, continuity strategies, deliverable tracking, and ISO 22301 audit readiness.
Manage audit evidence and documentation, assess compliance gaps and risks, prepare audit-ready artifacts, and support internal audits, mock audits, and validation exercises.
Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive timely deliverables, manage project timelines, dependencies, risks, follow-ups, and provide executive-level reporting and updates.
Analyse BCMS data using Advanced Excel and Power BI, develop actionable dashboards and insights, and maintain structured repositories for evidence,



submissions, and reporting.
Leverage AI and digital tools to improve BCMS efficiency, process effectiveness, productivity, and documentation quality.
Develop, standardize, and maintain templates, SOPs, and process documentation to ensure consistency, clarity, usability, and compliance across teams.

Key Skills Required
Graduate in any discipline
Basic knowledge in project coordination, operations, or analytics
Basic understanding of Business Continuity/Risk Management (ISO 22301 preferred).
Strong project coordination, stakeholder management, and ability to work in quick-paced, agile business settings.
Advanced proficiency in using Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and Word, with working knowledge of Power BI dashboarding and visualization.
Familiarity with AI tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, and automation-support tools.
Ability to apply AI for process optimization, content generation, documentation support, data analysis, and insights.
