We are looking for enthusiastic freshers/entry-level candidates for the position of Domestic Voice Support. This role involves providing top-notch customer service via phone calls, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring satisfaction through effective problem resolution.

Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service and support to clients via voice calls.
Resolve customer queries and complaints effectively and efficiently.
Document all customer interactions in the database.
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve performance targets.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.

Skills and Qualifications
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
Robust listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office applications.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced workplace and handle multiple calls.
Problem-solving skills and a positive attitude towards customer service.
