We're looking for a proactive and empathetic Customer Success Intern to join our team at Huedlife. You'll work closely with customers to ensure they get maximum value from our product/service, helping with onboarding, support, and relationship management.
Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
Assist in onboarding recent customers and guiding them through product usage
Respond to customer queries via email/chat/calls with warmth and clarity
Log and update customer interactions in our CRM
Track repeat customers and flag anyone who seems unhappy or at risk of churning
Collect customer feedback and share it with the team to improve products/service
Respond to customer queries via email/chat/calls in a timely and skilled manner
