Role Description The Business Development Intern is a full time, on-site role based in Kochi. The intern will support business growth by identifying potential clients, assisting with lead generation activities, and maintaining prospect databases.
Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, preparing outreach materials, and participating in client communication under guidance. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to support proposals, presentations, and follow-ups,



while contributing to customer service activities to ensure a positive experience for prospects and partners.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret market and business data.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for engaging with prospects and internal stakeholders.
Candidates should possess Lead Generation capabilities and an interest in sales or business development activities.
Candidates should possess Market Research skills to study competitors, industries, and potential clients.
Candidates should possess Customer Service skills and a qualified, client-focused mindset.
Enrolment in or completion of a degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Power Point, Word) and familiarity with CRM or sales tools is an advantage.
Ability to work in office in Kochi, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate in a dynamic, technology-driven environment.
