Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement AI, Agentic AI and Gen AI solutions that meet business requirements and objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and develop AI models and algorithms.
Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and Gen AI technologies
Analyze and pre-process data to ensure its quality and suitability for AI model training.
Train and fine-tune AI models using various machine learning techniques and algorithms.
Evaluate and optimize AI models for performance, accuracy, and scalability.
Integrate AI solutions into existing systems and applications.
Collaborate with software engineers and data scientists to deploy AI models in production environments.
Monitor and maintain deployed AI solutions, ensuring their ongoing performance and reliability.
Stay informed about ethical considerations and legal requirements related to AI development and deployment.
Document and communicate AI development processes, methodologies, and results to stakeholders.

Required Skills




Proven experience in developing AI solutions and applications.
Robust programming skills in languages such as Python
Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques
Experience in GPT-4, Lang Chain, RAG and Fine tuning LLMs.
Experience in Agentic AI,Lang Graph, A2A and MCP.
Experience in deploying AI models in Docker & Kubernetes.
Experience in creating pipelines with Airflow.
Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision techniques.
Knowledge of cloud platforms and services for AI development and deployment (Azure) is plus.
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced and dynamic team workplace.
