Job Title:Lead Engineer
Roles and Responsibilities
Design, develop, and optimize agentic AI systems capable of decision-making and autonomous task execution.
Build and deploy end-to-end GenAI pipelines using LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, LLaMA, Mistral, etc.).
Implement RAG pipelines integrating LLMs with vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate) for contextualized retrieval.
Fine-tune and deploy large language models (LLMs) and integrate them with LLM orchestration platforms (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Flowise,
etc.).
Work with TensorFlow or PyTorch to implement and train custom deep learning models as needed.
Collaborate with product managers, researchers, and engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Evaluate and integrate state-of-the-art AI research into production-grade solutions.
Ensure scalable and secure deployment of AI models via REST APIs or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Conduct performance tuning and continual learning/monitoring of deployed models.
