Job Description

We are looking for agile and experienced HR specialists to join our Recruitment Team.

HR Recruiter
HR Recruitment Lead

Key Responsibilities
End-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions.
Source candidates through Naukri, WorkIndia, LinkedIn, social media, and job portals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates until onboarding.
Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports.
Achieve hiring targets within the given timelines.
Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline.

Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline (MBA HR preferred).
HR Recruiter: 1 to 3 years of recruitment experience.
HR Recruitment Lead:



4 to 8 years of recruitment experience with team handling exposure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in volume hiring and manufacturing recruitment will be an added advantage.

Mathur (Sriperumbudur)
Oragadam
