Achieve Tractor Loan and Refinance business targets.
Generate leads through dealers, channel partners, and direct sourcing.
Build and maintain robust relationships with tractor dealers and key stakeholders.
Lead, manage, mentor, and drive performance of the sales team.
Ensure team productivity, target achievement, and market coverage.
Monitor loan sourcing, processing, and disbursement activities.
Maintain portfolio quality and support collection efforts.
Identify market prospects and track competitor activities.
