Drive operating model transformation through AI-enabled processes, workflows, and organizational redesign.
Establish governance frameworks covering Responsible AI, security, compliance, risk management, and regulatory adherence.
Manage stakeholders across executives, business leaders, product teams, technology teams, and external partners.
Lead change management, workforce enablement, training programs, and AI adoption initiatives.
Define and track value realization metrics, ensuring AI investments deliver measurable business perks.
Build organizational AI capabilities, Centers of Excellence (CoE), and future-ready talent strategies.
