Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Executive (CCE) with experience in the Insurance Department. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with patients, insurance companies, to ensure smooth insurance claim processing, timely approvals, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
-Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.

-Attend patient inquiries and provide accurate information about hospital services.

-Schedule and confirm appointments with doctors.

-Resolve patient concerns and escalate issues when required.





-Maintain patient records and update information in the Hospital Management System (HMS) or CRM.
-Maintain call logs and prepare daily reports.

-Ensure high standards of patient satisfaction and service quality.

Qualifications
Graduate (Mandatory)

Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in the Insurance Department of a hospital or healthcare organization.
Experience in insurance processing is preferred.
