Job Summary
We are looking for a energetic IT Recruiter with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in IT hiring. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Permanent Staffing and Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for both Permanent and C2H positions
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver quality profiles
Manage candidate lifecycle including screening, scheduling interviews, follow-ups, and offer closure
Ensure quick turnaround time and maintain recruitment metrics (TAT, closures, etc.)
Build and maintain a solid pipeline of IT talent
Negotiate offers and ensure smooth onboarding
Required Skills & Qualifications
2–4 years of experience in IT recruitment
Robust experience in Permanent Staffing and C2H hiring
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good understanding of IT roles and technologies
Hands-on experience with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven workplace
