Requirements

What Were Looking For:
Robust experience in Business Analysis and Requirement Gathering
Expertise in BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, Process Mapping & Stakeholder Management
Experience working on Software Products, SaaS, Enterprise Applications, or Digital Transformation initiatives




Exposure to AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, Intelligent Automation, or AI-powered business solutions
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and QA teams
Identify prospects to leverage AI and automation within business processes
Drive process improvements and support successful project delivery
