NCan you lead finance operations at scale while managing one of the largest expense lines — incentive payouts?

NWe're looking for a finance leader who can combine solid accounting expertise, FP&A; thinking, financial modelling, cost governance, and automation to drive business impact.

NThis is a high-visibilityleadership role with sharp focus on scheme design, payout governance, ROI analysis, cost optimization, compliance, and audit readiness. The role involves managing payouts across multiple channels, building financial models, improving processes, and leading automation initiatives to reduce risk and drive efficiency.

NWhat We're Looking For:

NCA with 10+ years of relevant experience in any industry

NStrong expertise in Finance, Accounting, (FP&A;) Financial Planning & Analysis

NExperience in incentive payouts, settlement, reconciliation, budgeting & forecasting

NStrong understanding of scheme design,



ROI analysis and cost optimization

NExposure to statutory, internal and regulatory audits

NHands-on experience with SAP, MIS, management reporting and finance automation

NProven ability to lead teams and manage Finance, IT and Operations stakeholders

NQualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory

NExperience: 10+ Years

NLocation: Mumbai

NDomain: Any
