Ensures that products, services and operations consistently meet regulatory, compliance and
customer standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish and enforce quality standards, policies and procedures as per customer requirements
Oversee Production processes, monitor quality metrics, conduct audits and inspections and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
Lead, train and manage quality controls team to ensure they are employing proper quality assurance.
Identify quality issues, conduct root cause analysis and improvement corrective actions and prevent their recurrence.
Work with purchasing to establish quality requirement for external suppliers and act as liaison between management and customers to address feedback and complaints
Utilize the SPC methods to track and report the key quality metrics.
Education: B. Tech
Requirements: QMS, ISO 90001 : 2015, Six Sigma, IATF >2 years of experience in battery pack assembly or BESS
