Job Title: Ethnic Fashion Designer

Experience: 4–5 Years

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and experienced Ethnic Fashion Designer with 4–5 years of expertise in women's ethnic wear. The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of fashion trends, fabrics, prints, embroidery, and garment construction, with the ability to design commercially successful collections.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop women's ethnic wear collections.
Research fashion trends, fabrics, prints, and color palettes.
Create design sketches, tech packs, and sampling specifications.
Coordinate with merchandising, sourcing, and production teams.
Ensure timely development of samples and final products.
Maintain quality, fit, and brand aesthetics throughout the design process.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design.
4–5 years of experience in ethnic wear design.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop/CorelDRAW.
Robust knowledge of fabrics, embroidery, silhouettes, and garment construction.
Creative mindset with excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
