Assist in identifying land parcels that meet project requirements for real estate development.
Conduct field visits across Odisha and other States to evaluate land suitability and support survey teams in gathering relevant data.

Documentation & Legal Compliance
Coordinate the preparation of required documentation, agreements, and records to facilitate land acquisition.
Ensure compliance with Odisha land laws, government policies, and applicable regulations, working with legal teams as necessary.

Negotiations & Stakeholder Management
Support negotiations with landowners, brokers, and other stakeholders to secure favorable acquisition terms.




Establish and maintain positive working relationships with local authorities, government officials, and community leaders across Odisha.

Coordination & Reporting
Work closely with project, finance, and legal teams to ensure alignment of land acquisition activities with project timelines.
Prepare and maintain regular reports on acquisition status, challenges encountered, and resolutions achieved.

Risk Mitigation
Identify potential risks associated with land acquisition and support the development of strategies to address these issues effectively.
