Role & responsibilities
Resource Allocation: Assign traffic controllers to specific sites based on project requirements, ensuring appropriate qualifications and equipment.
Scheduling: Plan and manage shifts, including after-hours and emergency coverage, to meet operational demands.
Compliance Management: Ensure all traffic control activities adhere to Chain of Responsibility (CoR) regulations and other safety standards.
Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and resolving issues.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of personnel assignments, equipment usage, and compliance checks.
Preferred candidate profile
Experience: Previous roles in logistics, or operations coordination are highly valued.
Experience in transport and warehousing; solid multitasking and communication skills.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in scheduling and dispatch software; familiarity with similar management systems is advantageous.
Communication: Robust verbal and written communication skills for effective coordination, ability to work under pressure.
Problem-Solving: Ability to address and resolve operational challenges promptly.
