Role Description This is a full-time, in office Area Sales Manager role located in Thiruvananthapuram.

The Area Sales

Manager will oversee sales operations within the assigned territory, including planning and executing sales strategies, achieving revenue targets, and expanding market presence for the company’s electrical products. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers, conducting regular market visits, and identifying new business opportunities.

Manager will also monitor competitor activity, analyze sales data, prepare performance reports,



and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely supply, customer support, and promotional activities. The position requires active coordination with senior management to forecast demand, manage budgets, and contribute to long-term business growth.

Qualifications Proven experience in territory or area sales management, preferably in electrical, industrial, or related products.

Strong skills in sales planning, business development, and relationship management with channel partners and key accounts.

Ability to analyze market trends, interpret sales data, and prepare clear and accurate reports.

Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.

Comfort with fieldwork, including regular travel within the assigned territory and in office customer visits.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, CRM tools) and documentation.

Demonstrated ability to work independently, meet targets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Knowledge of the electrical products market and regional language skills in Kerala will be an added advantage.
