Job Summary:
TV Rheinland is looking for an experienced Manager HSE, Quality & Process Excellence to drive Integrated Management Systems (IMS), process improvement, compliance, audits, and operational excellence across the IMEA (India, Middle East & Africa) region.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and improve IMS (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001).
Drive process optimization, KPI tracking, and documentation.
Plan and conduct internal audits and ensure compliance.
Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for HSE and quality issues.
Monitor third-party contractor compliance.
Support implementation of digital IMS solutions.
Conduct training and awareness programs on Quality, HSE,
Data Protection, and Information Security.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
10+ years of experience in Quality, HSE, and Integrated Management Systems.
Robust knowledge of ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001, 27001).
Experience in internal/external audits, process improvement, and risk management.
Knowledge of regional regulations (India, GCC & Africa) is preferred.
Lean Six Sigma certification is an added advantage.
Excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills.
Willingness to travel up to 50%.
