Job Summary:
We are looking for a Key Account Manager with experience in the Frozen/Ambient FMCG category to manage Q-Commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket, Amazon Fresh, and Flipkart Minutes. The role involves handling key accounts, driving sales growth, ensuring product availability, and managing cold chain operations.

Responsibilities:
Manage key Q-Commerce accounts and build strong platform relationships.
Drive sales, product listings, promotions, and availability across platforms.
Coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure smooth inventory movement.
Monitor cold chain compliance, freezer capacity, and product quality.
Manage inventory, FEFO, ageing stock, and expiry control.
Track sales performance and prepare daily/weekly reports.
Work closely with internal teams to improve business performance.

Requirements:
4 8 years of experience in FMCG/Food Sales.




Mandatory experience in Ambient and Frozen products.
2+ years handling Q-Commerce/E-commerce accounts.
Valuable understanding of cold chain logistics and inventory management.
Solid Excel and reporting skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Graduate (MBA is an added advantage).

Field + Remote working model
Experience with Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket, Amazon Fresh, or Flipkart Minutes preferred
