Role- IT Recruiter

Location- Bangalore/ Pune

Job Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end IT recruitment process.
Understand job requirements and source relevant candidates through various channels (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.).
Screen and shortlist resumes based on technical skills and job fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and technical panels.
Maintain candidate database and provide timely updates.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain strong communication.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and team goals.
Generate regular reports on hiring status and recruitment metrics.

Key Skills:
Good understanding of IT technologies and roles (e.g., Java, Python, DevOps, etc.)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Solid sourcing and screening abilities
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus

Qualification Criteria:
MBA (preferably in Human Resources)
Minimum 2 years of experience in IT recruitment
Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition strategies
Ability to work in a rapid-paced, target-driven workplace
