Role & responsibilities
Administer anesthesia for surgical, OT, and emergency procedures.
Conduct pre-anesthetic evaluation and assess patient medical history.
Monitor patients vital signs before, during, and after anesthesia administration.
Manage post-operative pain and recovery care.
Handle emergency situations and provide critical care support when required.
Coordinate effectively with surgeons, physicians, nursing staff, and OT teams.
Maintain accurate anesthesia records and patient documentation.
Ensure adherence to hospital protocols, patient safety standards, and medical ethics.
Assist in ICU and trauma care management, if required.
Participate in on-call duties and rotational shifts.
Preferred candidate profile
MD/DNB in Anesthesiology from a recognized institution.
Valid Medical Council Registration.
06 years of relevant experience in anesthesia and critical care.
Robust clinical and patient management skills.
Ability to handle emergency and high-pressure situations efficiently.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Team-oriented with a patient-centric approach.
ICU/Critical Care experience will be an added advantage.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts and emergency duties.
