Robust expertise in BFSI, Banking, Financial Services, Insurance & Financial Domain Hiring.

Experience in managing mid-level to leadership hiring mandates.

Proven ability to handle stakeholder management, workforce planning, and recruitment strategy.
N
Hands-on experience in sourcing through Job Portals, LinkedIn, Social Media, Employee Referrals, and Vendor Management.
N
Must have experience inmentoring and leading a team of recruiters.
N
Solid understanding ofrecruitment metrics, SLAs, hiring funnels, and reporting.

Excellent communication, people management, and client engagement skills.

NDrive end-to-end recruitment for BFSI and Financial Services clients.

NLead, coach, and mentor ateam of recruiters to achieve hiring targets.

NPartner with business leaders and hiring managers for manpower planning.

NManage recruitment operations, team productivity, and quality deliverables.

NEnsure timely closures while maintaining recruitment compliance and candidate experience.

NTrack hiring performance through dashboards and recruitment analytics.
