Key Responsibilities
Perform incoming inspection of raw sheets and bought-out items against specifications.
Carry out in-process and final inspection of thermoformed parts using gauges, fixtures, and drawings.
Take dimensional measurements and record deviations.
Log and track non-conformances, rejections, and rework.
Maintain inspection reports, quality records, and traceability documents.
Support handling of customer complaints and internal CAPA follow-ups.
Track instrument calibration schedules and flag due items.
Verify parts against latest approved drawings and ECN revisions before dispatch.
Assist in ISO / IATF documentation and audit preparation.
Escalate recurring defects to the Quality Head with basic data.





Preferred Candidate Profile
Diploma or B.E. in Mechanical, Plastics, Polymer, or Production Engineering.
0 to 2 years experience, freshers welcome.
Able to read engineering drawings and use basic measuring instruments (vernier, micrometer, gauges).
Basic knowledge of plastics or thermoforming is a plus, not mandatory.
Comfortable with MS Excel and data entry.
Detail-oriented, disciplined with documentation, willing to work on the shop floor.
Gujarati and Hindi fluency; basic English for reports.
