Key Responsibilities
Audit Planning: Build and execute annual risk-based audit frameworks for real estate projects, corporate functions, and site operations.
Project & Site Audits: Conduct physical site verifications, review contractor billings, and check for revenue leakages or project delays.
Regulatory Compliance:
Verify adherence to local real estate laws, tax structures, and RERA guidelines.
Reporting: Present findings, risk exposures, and mitigation steps directly to senior management and the Audit Committee.
Team Leadership: Mentor junior team members, guide fieldwork execution, and coordinate with statutory external auditors.
Required Skills
