Responsible for implementation of Industrial Engineering principles and Strategies , Provides direct support to Plants regarding the application of IE Principles
Evaluates all continuous improvement activities and implements plans to optimize .Being a Lean & Manufacturing Engineering specialist, employs Lean methodologies objectives
Mentors to IE managers to grow and develop their Capabilities
Must have strong fundamental knowledge in Industrial Engineering, Automation, Footprints, the teams with passion and Implementation Skills in the Cross-function environment
Capacity planning and current product launch expertise
Drives Capex budgeting, Preapprovals and Capex realization
Industry 4.0. Thorough Knowledge of implementing Digitization and Automation
Preferred candidate profile
Must have experience handling multiple manufacturing plants across different locations.
Should possess solid expertise in Process Engineering and Lean Manufacturing, with a proven track record of driving productivity and continuous improvement initiatives.
Experience in leading manufacturing excellence, process optimization, and operational efficiency across multiple sites is essential.
A full time Bachelor of Engineering (B.E./B.Tech.) is mandatory.
Prior experience in the Tier 1 automotive manufacturing industry.
