Job Title: Customer Success Representative - German Language

Role Overview

We are looking for a customer-focused and proactive Customer Success Representative (German Language) to support our Germany-based website clients. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring seamless day-to-day support while coordinating with internal teams to deliver successful digital campaigns and website updates.

Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day support to website clients by resolving queries, coordinating issue resolution, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Proactively engage with customers as per the monthly engagement plan to finalize website banners, promotional campaigns, content updates, and other digital initiatives.
Coordinate with the internal delivery, design, and technical teams to ensure timely development and deployment of digital assets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.




Monitor ongoing activities to ensure deliverables are completed within agreed timelines.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, requests, and project updates.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification.
Fluent in German (written and spoken) with strong communication skills in English.
Knowledge of SEO, Digital Marketing, or Website Management will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Robust organizational and multitasking abilities with the capability to manage multiple customer requests simultaneously.
Self-motivated, customer-oriented, and willing to learn current technologies and business processes.
