Plan and coordinate project setup, quality, resource allocation, project milestones and deliverables of the project from the start of a project to the project closure.
Own the planning, execution, and delivery of assigned BIM projects.




Manage a team of technical resources to execute and deliver BIM projects.
Assist the MEP Head in preparing proposals during current project bids.
Collaborate with Digital Team to optimize workflows and increase productivity.
Enforce Implement company BIM standards, procedures, protocols, workflows, and best practices for MEP discipline.
Review project BIM on a regular basis to ensure that the project BIM is developed in the right format.
Lead Clash-detection and conflict resolution.
Train MEP team on Clash-detection tools to proactively avoid clashes, resolve design issues and develop better designs.
