Role Overview:
The Associate will support the senior team in delivering high-quality tax and regulatory advisory services in relation to transactions. This role is ideal for a CA with 0–2 years of experience who is eager to build strong technical foundations, gain exposure to complex transactions, and grow within a high-performing consulting environment.
Key Responsibilities Area's:
Assist in analyzing and evaluating transaction structures from a tax and regulatory perspective.
Conduct detailed research on direct tax laws, regulatory frameworks, and judicial precedents.
Support in drafting deliverables such as structuring memos, tax analysis notes, and presentations.
Analyze portions of transaction documents to identify tax-related considerations.
Coordinate with internal teams and external advisors to support engagement execution.
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of analyses and deliverables.
Requirements
• CA-qualified qualified (0–2 years).
• Solid foundational knowledge of direct tax laws.
• Analytical thinker with robust attention to detail.
• Valuable communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proactive, eager to learn, and adaptable.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
