About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates to join us as Hotel Manager Interns. This internship is an excellent prospect for fresh graduates or candidates interested in the hospitality industry to gain hands-on experience in hotel operations, guest management, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the hotel.
Ensure excellent guest experience and resolve customer concerns promptly.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and front office teams.
Monitor room availability, occupancy, and service quality.
Maintain operational standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
Support vendor coordination and inventory management.
Prepare daily operational reports and maintain accurate records.




Work closely with the Area Manager to improve hotel performance and guest satisfaction.

Eligibility
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Hotel Management preferred).
Freshers or Experienced candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Passion for the hospitality industry.
