Key Responsibilities
Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding of current hires.
HR Administration: Oversee HR records, payroll management, and benefits administration to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Performance Management: Facilitate the performance appraisal process, provide constructive feedback, and support employee development initiatives.
Training and Development:
Identify training needs, organize sessions, and coordinate employee development programs.
Employee Exit Formalities: Manage offboarding processes and ensure smooth transitions.
Statutory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all labor laws and statutory regulations.
Qualifications and Skills
Education: MBA in Human Resources or a related field.
Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of HR domains, including compliance and organizational dynamics.
