Job Summary:

Support pre-sales and solution development by understanding customer requirements, conducting site surveys, preparing AutoCAD layouts, and developing technical proposals for robotics and AMR projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer meetings and site surveys
AutoCAD layouts and facility layout interpretation
Prepare BOMs and technical proposals
Coordinate with design, software and project teams
Support installation and commissioning
Maintain technical documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Robotics/Electrical
0–2 years' experience
Proficiency in AutoCAD (Mandatory)
Ability to create and interpret facility layouts and engineering drawings
Basic knowledge of AMRs/AGVs and automation
MS Office proficiency




Robust communication and analytical skills

Additional Requirement:
Must be willing to travel regularly to customer locations for site surveys, solution validation, demos, installations, commissioning, and project support.
