Role & responsibilities - ASC Infratech is looking for experienced Site Engineers for Bridge Construction projects to lead the execution of bridge projects from foundation to superstructure. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in RCC and PSC bridge construction, ensuring timely execution while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and productivity.
Supervise bridge construction activities including foundations, substructure, superstructure, launching, and finishing works.
Ensure execution as per approved drawings, method statements, and project specifications.
Coordinate with planning, quality, survey, billing, subcontractors, and client/consultant teams.
Monitor labour, machinery, and material utilization to achieve project milestones.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
Resolve technical issues at site and support timely project completion.

Preferred candidate profile
Experience with NHAI, MoRTH, Railways, or State Highway Authority bridge projects.
Solid leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to relocate to project sites across India.
