We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented communications professional to support our Corporate Communications team. The role involves managing internal communications, coordinating with creative agencies and vendors, and supporting day-to-day operations, including accounts coordination. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong coordination abilities, and thrive in a rapid-paced setting.
Role & responsibilities:
Execute internal communication campaigns, emailers, newsletters and employee engagement initiatives.
Coordinate with creative agencies for design development, revisions and timely delivery of communication collaterals.
Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather content and ensure timely execution of communication projects.
Coordinate with the Finance & Accounts team for invoice submissions,
payment follow-ups and maintaining budget trackers.
Manage vendor coordination, project timelines and communication calendars.
Support corporate events and other communication activities as required.
Preferred candidate profile:
23 years of experience in Corporate Communications, Internal Communications or Marketing Communications.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Robust coordination, multitasking and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Experience working with creative agencies will be an added advantage.
