About the Role
We are looking for a energetic, customer-focused, and result-oriented Parent Relationship Manager
to strengthen relationships with prospective and existing parents while supporting the school's
admissions, retention, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Build relationships with prospective and existing parents.
Handle parent queries and ensure timely resolution.
Manage admission enquiries and counsel parents.
¢ Conduct campus tours and follow up for admissions.
¢ Achieve admission targets and maintain CRM records.




¢ Coordinate onboarding and support school operations.
¢ Organize parent engagement activities and events.
¢ Prepare reports and maintain confidentiality.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred.
Experience: 15 years in admissions, counselling, CRM, sales, or customer service. Freshers with
excellent communication may be considered.
Skills: Communication, relationship management, sales, customer service, MS Office, CRM,
reporting, teamwork, problem-solving.
